To update your user information with DriveWealth:
1. Log in with your Account ID, last 4 digits of your SSN, and date of birth
2. You will receive a one-time password on your phone or email depending on your set preference.
3. Once logged in, click on ‘User information’ on the landing page or on the navigation pane to the left.
4. On the ‘User information’ page, click on the “Edit” option available on the top right to update your name and/or TIN.
5. Verify the information is correct, check the 2 boxes, and click on ‘Submit' to confirm these changes.
If you have a DriveWealth account through one of our partners, we recommend that you log into your account using the partner application to make edits. This will allow for a full user experience.
