To process an incoming or outgoing DTC transfer, the customer will need to complete a DTC Letter of Authorization and return it to the partner firm for processing.
Please note: The email transfers@drivewealth.com is only to be used for contra brokers and DriveWealth to communicate with each other to provide details, settlement instructions and agreed on transfer dates–Customer requests must be initiated with the partner firm or with the Contra Broker who will provide us with the completed LOA form for our records and to verify the validity of the transfer request. Emailed customer requests will not be processed via transfers@drivewealth email address.
